What happened: The X-Maskflare-Acknowledge header couldn't be read, or names a choice or reason your organization doesn't accept.
How to fix it: Send <warn_id>; choice=send|mask; reason=<why> as the warning's answer asks.
Returned by: Gateway mode
Retry: Retrying the same request fails the same way.
