Console guide

What each page of the Maskflare console shows and does, from Traffic and Policies to Devices, Webhooks and Compliance.

Overview

Requests, masked values, blocks and failures for the environment at a glance, and what needs your attention.

Traffic

Every AI request with its mode, provider, model, status, latency, tokens and counts per rule. Content is never stored, only metadata.

Detections

Which kinds of data were found, by rule and category, over time.

AI apps

The AI apps people use on enrolled devices, with a risk score per app. Discovery records hosts and volumes, never content or URLs.

Providers

Connect AI providers per environment, choose stored or pass-through keys and allowed models.

Playground

Paste text to see what the environment's rules would mask and why, or send a test request through the gateway.

Sandbox

Files sent to AI providers, analysed in isolation: verdicts, findings and the delivery gate that can hold or block them.

Webhooks

Send events to your SIEM, Slack, Teams, Splunk or PagerDuty: blocked requests, policy changes, unprotected devices, block spikes, malicious files and more. Payloads carry metadata and counts only.

Members

Invite people with a role (owner, admin, security, developer, auditor), change roles, require two-factor authentication.

Single sign-on

Connect your company's SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect identity provider. Prove each email domain with a DNS TXT record first; people of a verified domain are then sent to your identity provider from the sign-in page. Enforcing single sign-on removes their Maskflare passwords, except one break-glass owner's.

User provisioning

Let your identity provider add, update and remove members over SCIM 2.0: copy the base URL and a token from Settings › User provisioning into Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or another SCIM client, and map its groups to roles. Deactivating someone there disables them in Maskflare, ends their sessions and flags the API keys they created for review. Owners are never changed by provisioning.

Compliance

The audit trail of every change and exports for evidence requests.

Billing

Usage and your subscription.

Account

Your profile, password, two-factor authentication, theme, time zone and the notification emails you get.
