By using maskflare.com or any tool under /tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

The website and the Maskflare service

These terms cover this website and its free tools, such as the PII Prompt Checker, described in our Privacy Policy. Product descriptions on this site are for information. Using the Maskflare service itself requires a separate agreement with us, which governs that use; to discuss one, book a demo.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use any Maskflare tool to probe, fingerprint, or attack systems, networks, or people without authorization.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or scrape the site beyond normal browsing.
Misrepresent your identity to impersonate Maskflare or another person.
Use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Maskflare name, logo, and site content are owned by Maskflare or its licensors. You may view and share links to this site; you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from its content or branding without our written permission.

No warranty

This site and its free tools are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of this site or its free tools. Commitments for the Maskflare service are set out in the customer agreement, not on this site; see the Trust Center for how we handle data and security.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maskflare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its free tools.

This site may link to third-party sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the effective date above when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
