What happened: A redaction key was used on a provider route. Redaction keys only call /v1/mask and /v1/unmask.
How to fix it: Create a key with the purpose gateway to forward provider traffic.
Returned by: Gateway mode, Proxy mode
Retry: Retrying the same request fails the same way.
