missing_api_key

Title: Maskflare API key required
What happened: The request carried no Maskflare API key. (Proxy mode answers 407 with Proxy-Authenticate, so clients that wait for a challenge send it.)
How to fix it: Send your Maskflare API key (mf_...) as Authorization: Bearer <key> - or in the header your provider SDK already uses for its key (x-api-key, x-goog-api-key) - or as X-Maskflare-Key: <key>. In proxy mode it is the proxy password: https://<key>:@proxy-host:8888 or Proxy-Authorization: Basic base64(<key>:).
Returned by: Gateway mode, Proxy mode
Retry: Retrying the same request fails the same way.
