What happened

Hook checks (/v1/hooks/check) come from an enrolled device's Maskflare agent, with the device's own key; this key belongs to no device.

How to fix it

Let the Maskflare desktop agent install the hooks (the agent policy's coding-agent hooks setting); for your own scripts use /v1/mask with an API key.
